Rice cake bites

Everybody's sometimes a bit of a sweet tooth and we want to present you one of the recipes that help you stay healthy and enjoy a delightful dessert.

This dessert is not only nutritious and delicious, but also takes about 5 minutes to prepare! No cooking. No baking. Just spread some nut butter on top of rice cakes and sprinkle with your favourite nut or fruit topping(s).

We've used almond butter and topped it with cashew nuts, goji berries, desiccated coconut and blueberries, but you can use any nut butter, fruit or nuts you like. In the end it's for you to enjoy this not so guilty pleasure!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 rice cake
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1-2 raw cashew nuts
  • 3-4 blueberries
  • 5-6 goji berries
  • 1 tsp of desiccated coconut
